NOTICE OF THE OBJECT OF THE ACTION The object of this action is to wholly exclude the Defendant from any interest in, and declare Plaintiffs be the actual, exclusive and sole owners of real property in Waupaca County Wisconsin described as follows: Part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 and part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 Section 12, Township 23 North, Range 11 East, Town of Scandinavia, Waupaca County, Wisconsin, bounded as follows: Commencing at an existing cast iron monument at the West 1/4 corner of said Section 12, said cast iron monument also being the point of beginning of this description; thence N00°35'36"E, along the West line of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 12, a distance of 50.09 feet, to a point; thence N88°51'26"E, a distance of 214.93 feet, to an existing 1" iron pipe; thence S00°13'46"W, a distance of 463.98 feet, to a point along the monumented South right-of-way line of Gjertson Road; thence S75°21'10"W, along said South right-of-way line, a distance of 17.76 feet, to a point; thence N00°13'37"E, a distance of 393.10 feet, to a point; thence N88°41'58"W, a distance of 198.04 feet, to a point along the West line of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 12; thence N00°13'37"E, along said West line, a distance of 16.50 feet, to said existing cast iron monument at the point of beginning.
