Green Bay WNAXLP NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Contract: “BRIDGE 4-24 (SCOUR REPAIR AND RIP RAP RESTORATION P-5-715 HENRY STREET)” City of Green Bay, Wisconsin Proposals will be received and accepted ONLY through QuestCDN.com via their electronic VirtuBid™ (vBid) online bid service until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at which time they will be opened for Public Works Improvement Contract: “BRIDGE 4-24 (SCOUR REPAIR AND RIP RAP RESTORATION P-5-715 HENRY STREET)” in accordance with the plans therefore, the City of Green Bay Standard Specifications and Construction Standards for Public Works Construction, 2024 Edition, and the special provisions of this contract, all of which are on file in the City Clerk's/Treasurer's Office and the Director of Public Works Office in the Green Bay City Hall. The repair work performed under this Contract consists of excavation of built-up depositions of silts and installation of heavy rip rap at the abutments and outfalls as well as all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and Contract. The work will take place at the P-05-715 Henry Street bridge over Baird Creek. The Contract Documents, including plans and specifications, may be examined electronically at www.questcdn.com and downloaded for a fee of $42.00. Prospective bidders must register with QuestCDN in order to download documents which will add your company to the Planholder List and allow access to vBid online bidding for the submittal of your bid which is required for this project. The Village Board for the Village of Iola, Waupaca County, is requesting Bids for a proposed Municipal Road Improvement Program (MSIP) on King Olav Street for paving and adding gravel shoulders. Shoulders will be placed 2 feet wide on each side of the newly paved roadway. Driveway approaches shall have ¾” gravel placed to blend the driveways into the newly placed shoulder material. The Village of Iola will publicly open bids thus received at Village of Iola Hall, 180 S. Main St., Iola, WI 54945 at 10 a.m. local time on May 9th, 2024. A performance bond made out to the Village of Iola will be required. Contractor must also provide the Village of Iola a Certificate of Insurance. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to the (10%) of bid payable to the Village of Iola.
