Town of Farmington Request for Proposals Hot Mixed Asphalt Paving Services The Town of Farmington is seeking proposals for a qualified contractor to provide Hot Mixed Asphalt Paving services. Services will include providing adequate materials, labor, traffic control and equipment to perform hot mixed asphalt paving in various locations throughout the Town of Farmington as directed by the Town Board. New hot mix asphalt material should consist of 12.5 mm 58-28s Surface course material with tack coat in-between layers. Pulverize and Repave The scope of work will include a full depth pulverize of the existing pavement, grading, compaction, and repaving of 2.25” hot mix binder asphalt and finished with 1.75” hot mix surface asphalt material. 1.
